As a new client at Affordable Veterinary Services in Columbus, you can expect our full attention and dedication to your pet’s healthcare needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly and welcoming staff, who will check you and your pet in and escort you to an examination room.
One of our experienced veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history and current condition, and gather information for the doctor. The veterinarian will then conduct a thorough examination of your pet, and may recommend diagnostic tests if necessary. These tests can usually be done in-house, and will help the doctor make an accurate diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.
Throughout the process, our team is here to answer your questions and ensure that you are completely comfortable and informed about your pet’s care. Our veterinary technician will return at the end of the appointment to provide you with helpful pet care information and schedule any follow-up appointments if needed.
Please note that while we do our best to see all clients and patients on time, there may be occasional delays due to emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to minimize these delays and keep you informed if they do occur.
